Roofs included the University Tower Upper and Lower roofs, Administration Services Building roof, and the East Wing roof. MCA provided investigation services on the existing roofs to determine the appropriate remedial measures. MCA determined the existing roofs were beyond their useful service life and recommended replacement. MCA provided drawings and specifications for the roof replacement and construction contract administration for the roofing installation.
