Erica Reynolds is a licensed Architect and registered Professional Engineer in the State of California and Senior Associate at McGinnis Chen Associates, Inc (MCA). Erica manages and director MCA’s Southern California office based out of Long Beach, CA. Erica joined MCA in 2013 and has managed numerous projects including building enclosure design and consultation for new construction and remodels and investigations and evaluations on several building assemblies. Erica is experienced in roofing, podium decks, exterior wall assemblies, windows and curtain walls, below grade waterproofing, and balconies. Erica has presented several times at conferences, seminars, and workshops for AIA, CSI, and IIBEC. Erica has a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California. Erica serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Southern California chapter of IIBEC. Erica lives in Long Beach, CA with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Erica is also the official Event Coordinator and plans office get-togethers and parties.
