Trinity Lutheran Church is a member of The American Association of Lutheran Churches located in San Pedro. Trinity Lutheran Church prides itself on being a Church that fits the demographic of San Pedro perfectly. The Church prays to continue doing so and continuing to reflect more and more the presence of Jesus in San Pedro.
Trinity Lutheran Church hired MCA for roof consulting and construction observations services of roof replacement. The roof replacement is approximately 9,000sf of a steep-slope roof. The existing roofing is composite asphalt shingle roof and the replacement roof is metal panel roofing. MCA scope of work included reviewing the proposed roofing Manufacturer’s specifications and typical roofing details, providing hand sketches of Project-specific roofing details, reviewing the Contractor’s proposed scope of work, and attending any pre-construction meetings, and provide periodic site visits during the construction of the roofing.
Roofing replacement was completed in 2021.
