Designed to achieve LEED Platinum Certification and blend in with an existing brick warehouse of the South End Historic District of San Francisco, 333 Brannan consists of a five-story office building over a two-level structure containing a partially below-grade terrace level and a below-grade parking garage. The building includes street-level retail and two courtyards.
MCA provided waterproofing consultation and construction monitoring services, including third-party observation of the below-grade waterproofing system installation, as well as field quality control water testing of installed fenestration systems.
