450 N Street

Known as the Capitol Square Building, 450 N Street is a 25-story high rise in Sacramento occupied by the State of California Board of Equalization (BOE). The building is a steel-framed structure with lightweight concrete floors over steel decking, clad with an extruded aluminum glazing assembly and precast concrete panels with punched window openings. MCA led the investigation of noted leaks within the curtain wall system, and prepared a preliminary budget outlining the sequencing, Project phases, scope of work, and schematic drawings for its full remediation.
