Rod Shoemaker Senior Associate

With more than 25 years’ experience in the construction field, Rod brings a broad background to his project management work here at McGinnis Chen. His early experience was focused on serving as a field superintendent for a long-term architectural remediation project. Seeing the damaging effects of water and the mysterious way it works, Rod was sold on the “fun” of problem solving water intrusion problems. It was through this project that Rod met Ron McGinnis and they soon forged their professional working relationship. Rod’s favorite part of his work at McGinnis Chen is mentoring younger staff where he can share his experience in client relations and technical know-how.
