their individual expertise to develop cost-effective remedial
solutions. We then prepare architectural contract drawings,
specifications, and cost estimates. We assist our client in obtaining
negotiated or competitive bids from contractors especially positioned
to do the work required, and provide on-site construction contract
administration services during the course of reconstruction.
