Our architectural and engineering
expertise is coupled with a working understanding of the legal
procedures involved in litigating defective buildings and components.
We are frequently contracted to provide investigative and evaluation
services which include remedial construction cost analyses,
participation in settlement conferences, and expert witness testimony.
Our findings are fully documented with photographs, video tapes and
computerized data bases. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment such as
electronic moisture meters, salt detectors, strain gauges, and
ultra-sound transmitters. We also contract for laboratory services such
as nuclear roof moisture surveys, and petrographic, chemical and
material analyses when necessary. We are experienced with settlement
conferences, depositions and trial testimony. Whether working for the
plaintiff or the defendant, we provide the objective information
required by attorney-clients to realistically assess and litigate their
