safety issues, as a condition of sale. We evaluate major building

services, mechanical equipment, fire detections and alarm systems,
window wall assemblies, roofing, wall finishes and appurtenant
structures, as necessary. Additionally, cost estimates are prepared to
allow the conclusion of a building purchase with full consideration of
the building's actual condition, required capital expenses and future
maintenance costs.
