We provide construction Management
for construction projects undergoing remedial repairs. Our role as the
client's representative during construction enables us to monitor
construction costs, to solve problems in the field and to ensure
quality control. We have worked on dozens of high rise structures in
the Bay Area and nationwide. Our staff of specialized trouble shooters
is familiar with window walls, waterproofing and remedial treatments
for all types of curtain wall systems. Using state-of-the-art
equipment, they are adept at diagnosing problems and responding to
emergencies as they are at providing routine maintenance requirements.
