Mr. McGinnis is Senior Partner and Chief Executive Officer of MCA, with responsibility for administration and quality control. Mr. McGinnis' business activities focus on initial project analysis and evaluation, conceptualization of rehabilitation approaches and problem resolution. He also provides expert advice with regard to construction litigation.

Mr. Chen is Senior Partner and Chief Operating and Technical Officer of the firm. He participates in all the firm's investigative work, remedial design, capital reserve studies, construction administration and project management. He has special expertise in solving waterproofing problems in the building envelope, including below-grade, windows, curtain walls, and roofs.
